According to a leaked Verizon document, the carrier is prepping to release the LTE capable 5-row QWERTY slide-out Motorola Droid 4 handset on December 22nd. Droid 4 comes with a 4″ qHD display, 1.2GHz chipset, 1GB RAM, 8MP rear camera, 16GB internal memory and more.
