After a long wait, Verizon has begun rolling out most awaited Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update JDQ39 for its Galaxy Nexus handset. The chief Android release engineer, Jean-Baptiste Queru (JBQ) has confirmed that Android 4.2 just finished hitting the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and he also confirmed there won’t be further support for Motorola Xoom and Nexus S in AOSP.
