The upcoming HTC Thunderbolt smartphone listed at HT stores for $699. Verizon’s first LTE 4G smartphone, the Thunderbolt is expected to release on March 4th. It runs on Google’s Android OS 2.2 (Froyo) with HTC’s Sense overlay on a 1 GHz chipset, a microSD card slot with a bundled 32 GB card, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, a digital compass, GPS, a proximity sensor, and a G-sensor. According to rumors, Verizon Wireless will begin to sell Windows Phone handsets at some point in late March and HTC 7 Trophy will be first one to launch.
