The China based DigiTimes is claiming that Apple’s upcoming iPad 2 will be having three versions, supporting either or a combination of Wi-Fi, CDMA and UMTS. Apple will be ready to ship over half a million iPad 2 units in next January while they start mass production and release them in late February or early March.
