Samsung ATIV S handset has been recently certified by Chinese Ministry of Industry and it is expected to priced around 4,000 yuan (that’s approx. $642). There’s no mentioning of launch date yet.

According to a leaked poster, Rogers Canada will sell the Samsung ATIV S handset for $149.99 on a 3-year contract or $549.99 off-contract. No word on the release date yet.
