FCC has approved the AT&T and Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note II variants Friday. It is expected that Verizon and AT&T will be the first one to get Galaxy note II than others.
Samsung sent out invited to press, asking to save the date for an October 24th event. It has been confirmed that the event is about the Galaxy Note II phablet’s release date for the U.S. carriers.
Samsung has officially confirmed the new Galaxy Note II will launch in United States by mid-November over teh AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon and U.S. Cellular networks. Note II ships with Android 4.1, 5.5″ 720p HD display, quad-core Exynos, 8MP cam, 4G LTE radio and more.
A couple of images appeared online, showing Verizon bound Samsung Galaxy Note phablet with “Verizon 4G LTE” branding on back side. Verizon has also slapped its branding on the front-side home button of the device.
