The new sidekick phone, made by Samsung, the T-Mobile Sidekick 4G’s pricing has been confirmed and it set to launch this spring. This thing will hit the markets for for $99.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate and two-year contract with unlimited data. If you want to choose the lower-end data plan along with 2-yr contract, it will cost you $149.99. T-Mobile Sidekick 4G is also 4G capable and can hit theoretical download speeds of 21Mbps with HSPA+ 4G capability.
T-Mobile Sidekick 4G comes with Android 2.2 Froyo on the board, on a 1GHz A8 Hummingbird Processor, equipped with a a slide-out QWERTY keypad, 3 MP primary camera, 3.5-inch WVGA display and with pre-loaded Samsung features like Samsung Media Hub, plus Qik video calling and DriveSmart.
