Toshiba has officially announced a trio of Android Ice Cream Sandwich running Tegra 3 chipset packed Excite tablets – a smaller Toshiba Excite 7.7, a bigger Toshiba Excite 10 and a much bigger Toshiba Excite 13.

All the Toshiba Excite 13, Excite 10 and Excite 7.7 devices will be shipped with Toshiba Book Place, Toshiba Media Player with content sharing support, Toshiba File Manager, as well as Netflix and Zinio magazine apps.
Toshiba Excite 13 will be available to purchase from June 10th for $649.99 for the 32GB model and $749.99 for the 64GB model, while the Excite 10 will hit the stores on May 6th for a price tag of $449.99 on a 16GB edition, $529.99 on a 32GB edition, $649.99 on a 64GB variant. Toshiba Excite 7.7. will be priced at $499.99 for a 16GB edition and $579.99 for a 32GB edition.
Toshiba’s new trio of Excite tablets have also got SIM card slot, but the manufacturer has confirmed that U.S. will be getting Wi-Fi only variants of these tablets.
