The Galaxy Z Fold 4 was one of the first devices from Samsung to receive the latest One UI 5.1 update in the European countries. Yesterday, we reported that Samsung released the One UI 5.1 build to the unlocked variants of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 devices in the US. Today, the South Korean firm is expanding the update to the carrier-locked variant of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 in the US.
The Android 13-based One UI 5.1 update for the carrier-locked version of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 comes with firmware version F936USQU1CWAC in the US. The update is currently being pushed out over Comcast and Xfinity networks in the US, and more network carriers in the country could release the update within the next few days/weeks.
The latest update for this foldable phone also contains the February 2023 patch, which Samsung claims that it will fix more than 45 vulnerabilities. The update also brings new widgets, Expert RAW mode, improvements to the gallery, connectivity, DeX mode, as well as enhancements to Camera and Gallery, AR Zone, AR Emoji.
