It looks like the Big Red network passed on the gorgeous HTC One X handset in favor of the upcoming super-duper high-end spec’d handset from HTC. The folks over BGR are claiming that they have received Verizon’s fall smartphone lineup. According to the source, HTC is planning to manufacture a Samsung Galaxy Note competitor for the Verizon Wireless network and it will have a 5-inch display with 1080p HD resolution, which is a non-Pentile variant, while a quad-core Krait processor and an Adreno 320 GPU will power it. It will also ship with a Scribe pen, running Android OS skinned with HTC Sense 5 UI on top of it. Now that is interesting

Verizon is planning to launch the “multiple” variations of the Motorola Droid RAZR handsets in the coming months. Droid RAZR HD is expected to be one of them, which is also knows as the Droid Fighter.

The source has also mentioned that Verizon will launch the most awaited handset of this year, the Samsung Galaxy S III possibly “over the summer”. Wow this is really interesting. Last year, the carrier has dumped the Galaxy S II for the Samsung-made Google Galaxy Nexus handset.
