The Android 4.1 Jelly Bean ROMs for the GSM and Verizon branded Galaxy Nexus handsets have been already released and are ready to flash.

These ROMs are flashable, functional, bug-free and fully-official with all the features of Google’s next OS. Everything seems to be working fine. Google Now, one of the coolest features of the Jelly Bean OS, is also running smooth on Nexuses. However, a full wipe is required on your nexus device before flashing these ROMs. A root fix and updated radio can be flashed via Clockwork Mod for the GSM Samsung Galaxy Nexus handset.
