After much anticipation, Vivo has finally launched its highly-anticipated X90 series in India. The flagship smartphone series was first announced in 2022 in China and has finally made its way to India after a global release. Both the Vivo X90 and X90 Pro phones will be sold via Vivo India’s official website, Flipkart, and retail stores in India. Pre-booking is now open, with sales starting on May 5th.

The Vivo X90 Pro will be available in a single configuration of 12GB/256GB in Legendary Black, priced at ₹84,999. Meanwhile, the Vivo X90 comes in Asteroid Black and Breeze Blue colors, with 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB memory options, priced at ₹59,999 and ₹63,999, respectively. Vivo will be offering an instant discount of INR 8,000 for HDFC credit card holders and EMI transactions for the Pro variant, and an instant discount of INR 5,500 for the base X90.
The Vivo X90 is an Android smartphone powered by the Dimensity 9200 chipset and runs the Funtouch OS 13, based on Android 13. The phone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,800×1,260 pixels and a high refresh rate of 120Hz. The display is curved, and it houses an in-display fingerprint reader for biometric authentication.
The device is equipped with a 4,810mAh battery that supports 120W wired charging, allowing the phone to charge quickly. It features a quad-camera setup at the back, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization, a 12-megapixel telephoto lens, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
