Billboard at CES displays Huawei Ascend D2, Confirms debut

It is well known that most of the mobile electronics and consumer electronics try to showcase their products and devices at CES. You may have already heard that Chinese mobile manufacturer, Huawei is also preparing to debut a couple of devices at the said event. Among the devices, the Huawei Ascend D2 is also one of the expected devices to be debuted.

To clear any doubts over the unveiling of Huawei Ascend D2 at the event, it seems the device has been found in a billboard located near the lineup of taxi cabs right outside the Las Vegas Convention Center. It means that the device will be debuted at the CES event.

The Huawei Ascend D2 was announced back in October, 2012. The 5-inch handset has a 13 megapixel camera on the back, a 1.3 megapixel front-facing shooter for video chats, microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 32GB, Dolby 5.1 surround stereo sound, Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11 Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, 3.5mm headset jack and more. The handset is powered by 1.5 GHz Huawei K3V2 Quad-Core processor running Android 4.1 version but it can be upgradable with the newer Android Version, 4.2. It brings a set of new features such as Photo Sphere, new Clock app, Photo Sphere, Google Now app and more.

Huawei is planning to debut other devices as well viz. the Huawei Ascend Mate and Huawei Ascend W1. The first one is an Android device and the other is a Windows Phone 8 flagship device from Huawei.
