The much awaited HTC M7 smartphone will be officially launched in France on March 8 for €649.99 which is around $879.
Finally, Verizon Wireless has begun pushing out the long awaited Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update 7.02.605.06 for the HTC Thunderbolt handsets. The update brings Face Unlock, a new Contacts app, a new Calendar, new improvements, Sense 3.6 UI, and a more.

Hardware specs of the HTC M4 and G2 Android phones have surfaced online. M4 will have Android 4.1 JB, 4.3″ 720p screen, 13MP camera, while G2 gets 3.5″ HVGA screen, 1GHz CPU, and 5MP camera.

The HTC M7 will reportedly be available on sale on March 8 and it will be available in black, and white/silver colors.
HTC is holding a special event, that will take place on February 25th, the rumored M7 Andorid phone is expected to be unveiled at the event. HTC M7 is a 4.7-inch flagship with 1080p resolution, 468PPI, 13MP camera and more.
