According to a leaked specs sheet, the Samsung Galaxy S IV handset will have Exynos 5440 quad-core processor under the hoo, and other specs are 5″ full HD screen, 2GB RAM, Android 4.2 JB OS. The leaked roadmap also suggested that the device will be introduced in March.
