Motorola Atrix 4G & 3G Xoom coming out in late February; LTE Xoom & Droid Bionic in Q2: Sanjay Jha

Motorola CEO Sanjay Jha has confirmed the release dates for Motorola Atrix 4G, Droid Bionic, and the first Honeycomb tablet Xoom. The Atrix 4G will be released in late February along with the Xoom, while the Droid Bionic won’t be able to catch a glimpse of the device till the second quarter of the year.
