Yes..! All the rumors are indeed turning out to be true. The LG Revolution 4G is indeed hitting the Verizon shelves on May 26th, along with the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play, and the Motorola Droid X2. A few hours ago, we told you about this handset’s appearance in Best Buy’s inventory system with a May 26th release date. LG Revolution will be the third 4G LTE capable handset for Big Red network, after HTC Thunderbolt, and Samsung Droid Charge.
According to the User Manual of LG Revolution leaked by Droid-Life, it is going to shipped with Netflix app pre-installed on it for streaming videos, and instead of Google Search, it will be Binged – shipping with Bing integration
The LG Revolution 4G will be powered by a 1GHz single core Snapdragon processor, running with the out-dated Android 2.2 Froyo OS flavored with LG Users Interface, 16GB micro-SD card inserted, memory expansion up to 32GB, equipped with a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash than can record video in 720p, and an additional 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat, Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity, and users can rock Netflix videos on its 4.3-inch WVGA display (800 x 400 pixel). “Wireless Charging” is listed as a standard feature – with the help of the Charging Battery Door Pad, users can charge 1500mAh battery in less than 4 hours. It has also got Let’s Golf 2 and Rock Band apps pre-loaded. Supported video formats for playback will include DivX, WMP, MP4, 3GP/3G2, and there is a Dolby audio mode feature.
