Samsung Galaxy A14 5G with Android 13 Gets Wi-Fi Certification

 

The Korean manufacturer has been aggressively launching new budget-friendly 5G in India. It is no secret that Samsung is working on bringing its cheapest 5G smartphone with a massive LCD display called Samsung Galaxy A14. This device has already been subjected to a couple of leaks and a bunch of official press renders also leaked online a couple of weeks ago.

The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is going to launch very soon since it has bagged Wi-Fi certification. The device has been listed on the Wi-Fi Alliance Certification website, indicating that the launch of the handset might happen in the coming weeks. The listing reveals the handset will be having 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi spectrum capabilities.

The listing hasn’t provided any other information regarding the specifications of the handset. The Galaxy A14 5G is carrying the model number SM-A146P. It comes preloaded with Android 13 with One UI 5.0 on top. Samsung also detailed its own One UI 5.0 at its SDC22 conference yesterday, and the manufacture will begin roll out the latest One UI 5 based Android 13 to the Galaxy S22 series of smartphones by the end of this month.

Based on the leaked renders, the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G will a water drop notch display with thick bezels, a triple camera unit with LED flash aligned vertically on its backside.
