Android OS powered mid-range spec’d and yet to be announced Samsung SGH-I547 handset has passed through the FCC halls, boasting AT&T’s 4G LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC radio.

An announced Samsung SGH-i667 “Mandel” Windows Phone has passed through the FCC doors with AT&T’s 4G LTE bands, HSPA+ bands. Samsung Mandel is expected to feature a a screen larger than the 4.3 inches and it could hit the stores in the first half of 2012.
