BenQ might be launching 10.1 incher Android powered R100 Tablet in early 2011

Taiwan vendor BenQ is planning to launch its first tablet, R100 in China and Taiwan in early 2011, which is a 10.1 incher LCD touch display and the device is powered by Android operating system, 833MHz ARM CPU, 8GB internal storage with microSD slot support for memory expansion, mini HDMI & USB port, Wi-FI b/g/n and Stylus for handwriting.
