Finally, Verizon Wireless has begun pushing out the long awaited Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update 7.02.605.06 for the HTC Thunderbolt handsets. The update brings Face Unlock, a new Contacts app, a new Calendar, new improvements, Sense 3.6 UI, and a more.
HTC USA tweeted that the HTC ThunderBolt smartphone will be running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich soon. It was originally scheduled for an update by August this year.
