For a limited time, Sprint’s own website allows the users to search for the term ‘Nexus’ to get the listings regarding the details about the handset, which has been referred as “Pure Google device and “the first smartphone with fully integrated Google Voice”. Sprint has now removed it from the site.

Android surpasses Symbian and becomes world’s best-selling smartphone platform

Android OS have become the No.1 smartphone platform in the world now by selling out 32.9 million Android powered units in the Q4 of the year 2010, by dominating the Symbian, which made the score of 31 million units the same quarter of 2010. Google Voice Number Portability now up for all GV users

Google has announced that incoming Number Portability feature is now available to all current Google Voice users. Number portability allows users to transfer their cell phone or landline telephone numbers between service providers, so that users can port their existing mobile number from their handset carrier to Google Voice account. Samsung Galaxy S 4G officially presented by T-Mobile; Sidekick 4G with Android also in line

T-Mobile has officially confirmed it’s latest upcoming 4G smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S 4G for it’s HSPA+ 4G network. The Galaxy S 4G will have a Super AMOLED display, Android 2.2 Froyo OS, and 21Mbps HSPA+ radio. And, sometime in the future T-Mobile Sidekick 4G will join the it’s lineup, which is also a 4G device and running an unknown version of Android operating system. Google Voice enables incoming number portability; Costs $20[Update]

Google has officially implemented Incoming Number Portability, which lets you to port your own phone number into its system.
